At AG1, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Applies only to first-time purchases of AG1 products.
  • Applies to products purchased directly from our UK website: www.drinkAG1.com.
  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

To request a refund, contact us at support.uk@drinkag1.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Repeat purchases (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
  • Products not purchased directly through our website.
  • Orders returned beyond the 30-day window.
  • Opened products returned without a valid reason or prior approval.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges where applicable.

4. Subscription Refunds

If you are on a subscription:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support.
  • Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • If a renewal has already shipped, it is not eligible for a refund unless there is a product issue.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
