At CocoaDreams, we offer select items through subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy models. This Cancellation Policy outlines how and when you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to CocoaDreams products, you’ll receive automatic, recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
- Your payment details will be securely stored and automatically charged for each shipment, unless you choose to prepay.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting our team.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are currently out of stock or upcoming.
- We may charge a partial deposit or no payment at the time of checkout, and store your payment method securely for future billing.
- You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us directly.
- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Try Before You Buy
For eligible items offered on a try-before-you-buy basis:
- We will authorise (but not charge) your payment method when the order is placed.
- You’ll have a defined trial window (specified at checkout) to decide whether to keep the item.
- If you keep the item beyond the trial period without initiating a return, your payment method will be automatically charged the full amount.
